In particular, the investigation established that in 2014, as Chairman Nizhnekamensk village Council, acting intentionally, in the group with head of the Department of Goszemagenstva in Tyachiv district (at present he is head of Derzeitiger in Tyachiv district, the Deputy of Tyachiv city Council), officials, abusing official position, used contrary to the interests of the service, signing a number of documents and opinions, contrary to the Land code of Ukraine and thus provided for the legal transfer to property to the citizen, the land plot with a total area of 0,3871 ha expert monetary value of more than 178 thousand UAH. Besides, the land plot is the pumping station Nizhnekamensk school of 1-3 steps, refers to the land of education than caused serious harm to legally protected interests of the state for the above amount, 250 and more times exceeds untaxed minimum incomes of citizens.
