by prosecutors of Transcarpathian region together with employees of the world Bank in the field of DVB of emergency of Ukraine, in the framework of criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal purchase, storage or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues (part 2 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine) detained a group, which includes workers of the Mukachevo police Department, which were engaged in sale of narcotic drugs and “protection” dens. However, to create visibility of struggle against drug-related crime, the police falsified the facts of Commission of crimes related to drug trafficking and their alleged disclosure. Also, they were inclined individuals to discuss themselves committing offences. Note that according to preliminary data daily through a specified crack house has passed dozens of individuals who have true drugs. Reference: part 2 of article 307 of the criminal code of Ukraine - illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sales of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, shall be punished by imprisonment for the term from six up to ten years with confiscation of property.
