Lutsk city Council is considering cooperation with the village Council Pdisk
Yesterday, January 25, at the plenary meeting of the session of Lutsk city Council Deputy mayor Sergei Grigorenko has marked the beginning of negotiations on the organization of cooperation between Lutsk and Pdisk village Board. This was preceded by the decision Pdisk rural Council “On granting of consent on cooperation of territorial communities”. The aim of cooperation is the establishment of close liaison and cooperation between territorial communities. It will be held, primarily in the form of joint projects. Podhalanski community offers cooperation in the following areas: - transport: to assist in the organization of public transport in the sec.Pidhaitsi; - housing and communal services: study the feasibility of connecting the village to the city networks of water supply and Sewerage KP “Lutskvodokanal” and provide residents with a water supply; examination and provision of proposals for improving outdoor lighting rural street KP “Lucksta”; examine the possibility of including the village Council to the city system for the collection and disposal of solid waste, provision of containers for garbage LSKIP “Latexrecommended”; - education: the opportunity to visit the preschool educational establishments of Lutsk; - medical: transfer of funds by the village Council to provide primary and secondary levels of care United local community to ensure its receipt in the municipal health care institutions according to existing standards and protocols; consultations by doctors-specialists of communal institution “Lutsk center of primary health care” in the room LSPS S. pidhaitsi on a separate calendar; screening and treatment in rural communities in the municipal medical-prophylactic institutions; administrative services: the establishment of an office of Lutsk ZAPU on the territory of the village of pidhaitsi; culture: holding of joint cultural events; -land tenure: examine the possibility of creating Pdisk village Council structures Lutsk construction companies of residential areas with appropriate infrastructure, production and storage facilities in accordance with applicable law at the expense of land shares, after consultation with the owners of such land; consideration of the possibility of construction of a bypass road in the city of Lutsk in accordance with the planning scheme in Volyn region; - social policy: dissemination of the “Integrated programme of support mobilized and demobilized members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who participated in the antiterrorist operation in the East, members of their families as well as families of killed (dead) servicemen living in the city of Lutsk” for military members and their families residing on the territory Pdisk rural councils.
