The meeting was attended by Deputy chairmen of regional state administrations and heads of structural divisions of regional state administrations on questions of agriculture, heads of agricultural enterprises, heads of regional services and organizations. The head of the region also noted that an important element in the success of farmers is the introduction of market-enhancing governance in the field of agriculture. "We saw in 2016 that a considerable part of representatives of the agricultural business began to legalize their income, not to cover up the yield the like. Although fully overcome the shadow turnover, implementation of crops, e.g., sunflower, we still failed. Certain problems remain, because any system cannot be perfect,so there is work to do," - said the head of RSA. From 2016 the rate of growth of production volumes in agriculture, compared to the same period last year increased by 17.5 %, including agricultural enterprises – 26,3 %, in households – by 4.3 %. According to preliminary data the volume of gross output of agriculture (at constant 2010 prices) in 2016 amounted to 21.4 billion. UAH. Over the past seven years its production increased 1.7 times. The agricultural sector of the region by the end of 2016 is a leader in agriculture: volume of production of gross output, the volume of production of gross output per person, in terms of production of sugar beet, potatoes, fruit products, meat, milk, number of cattle, including cows, and poultry. In all categories of farms of the region in 2016, it produced about 5.6 million tons of grain crops, which is 47.5 per cent more in 2015. This is a record figure in the history of Vinnytsia region. The average yield of grain crops 64,1 kg/ha, which is the highest among the regions of Ukraine. In the agricultural sector successfully carried out investment activity. For the first 9 months of 2016, the volume of capital investment amounted to about 2.1 billion UAH. which is 41.6% of the same period of 2015. In the past year, completed the reconstruction of 5 dairy farms with a total capacity of 800 a goal./places, livestock facilities for fattening cattle on 200 goal./places, 2 areas for growing pigs on 650 goal./places. Commissioned in the grain complex and 5 granaries with the total capacity of 75.4 thousand tons. Reconstruction of fruit storage 3 thousand tons. In 2016, the farmers purchased machinery and equipment in the amount of 782 million UAH. in fact ÷èñë³69 combine harvesters and tractors 198. Domestic machines were purchased just for 139 mln. (18%). In the field events were held to support the agricultural sector. 47 agricultural enterprises received the depreciation of Bank loans in the amount of 32.9 million UAH. 2 companies - partial compensation of cost of purchased 90 head of heifers in the amount 224,8 thousand UAH. For the lease of land shares in 2016 paid to landlords 1503,8 mln. what is 108,0 % of the gross rent for the land under concluded contracts. RSA Chairman in his closing remarks once again thanked the farmers of the region with the highest yield and focused on success criteria: "This year the Ukrainian Government for the first time in many years managed to take a monopoly (cartel) collusion on product markets, especially logistics in the ports that sold the products for export. As a result, in 2016 there was no failure of agricultural prices that was the norm in previous years. This gave the opportunity to replenish working capital of enterprises, not only in cash but also the resources that are available today" .
