Work on clearing and restoration of parks, monuments carried out at the initiative and with the support of the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cows. Their goal is to preserve the heritage of landscape art of the region: landscapes, dendrological composition and compositional peculiarities. Overall, the natural reserve Fund of Vinnitsa region includes 37 parks-monuments of landscape art: 11 – 26 national and local importance. Chernyatinskaya, Nemerinsky. Nemirovsky, Antopolski. Verkhovsky and Obodowski parks became in 1960 the first objects of natural reserve Fund area. Most parks and monuments require urgent measures for maintenance and restoration. As a result of the lack of a systemic skilled nursing spaces have undergone negative changes, in particular, require replacement of withered or damaged trees, which are the basis of the landscape, some exotics have lost their decorative appearance, self-seeding has led to overgrowing clearings, blocked the near and distant future. Measures are financed at the expense of the regional Fund of environmental protection and partly at the expense of local budgets.
