In the Rivne region Prosecutor's office demands to stop the illegal use of 5.7 thousand hectares Botanical reserve worth RS 180 million in
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, in the interests of the state made a claim in court to demand recognition illegal and cancellation of the decision of the Rivne regional Council and the invalidation of the contract on conditions of maintaining hunting economy in part for the use of 5.7 thousand hectares of hunting grounds, a cost of 180 million UAH. These lands are located in areas of natural reserve Fund – Botanical reserve of local importance "Velykosnitynske", a total area of 6.1 thousand hectares. It is established that the local authority despite the legislative prohibition of the implementation on the territory of hunting illegally transferred in June 2015, the part of the land for the hunting society hunters and fishermen. On these grounds, to protect valuable land areas of natural reserve Fund and an end to their illegal use as hunting grounds, the Prosecutor's office said a lawsuit, which is pending before the commercial court of Rivne region.
