non-profit enterprises, institutions and organizations entered in the Register of nonprofit institutions and organizations on the day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine concerning the taxation of nonprofit organizations" are not subject to exclusion from the Register before 1 July 2017 – explain in the fiscal Department. That is, extended from 1.01.2017 year to 1.07.2017 year term of bringing non-profit organizations of constituent documents to requirements of the Tax code and submit their copies of the fiscal body shall inform fiscal service of the province. This norm is stipulated in p. 34 podr. 4. The tax code of Ukraine, taking into account the changes introduced by the Law of Ukraine from 21.12.2016 n 1797 "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine concerning improvement of investment climate in Ukraine". Religious non-profit organizations by the Law of Ukraine from 06.10.16 No. 1667-VIII "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine regarding clarification of certain provisions on the taxation of nonprofit organizations", extended the period of harmonization of constituent documents until January 1, 2018.
