"Ideas factory" will work in Vinnytsia region (photo)
January 31, Vinnytsia public organization of young people with disabilities "Harmony" to start implementing its new project "Factory of ideas". The project was made possible through the financial support of the Peace Corps of the government of the United States of America, through its ambitious program of "community Development" in Ukraine. "Factory of ideas" aimed at achieving harmonious development of local communities with the participation of civil society institutions in the region. Thus, the project includes a series of seminars for "young" of public organizations of the region who are just beginning their social activities. "The implementation of this project will make public organizations which will take part in it, more experienced and much more professional, and, as a result, more successful in the implementation of their socially useful ideas", – said the Chairman of public organization "Harmony" Raisa Panasyuk. "Our goal is to teach creativity in the implementation of some ideas for achieving a positive social outcome," she added. Training local and regional civil society institutions will occur on the assessment and monitoring of communities ' needs, strategic planning, project management, writing grant projects, as well as the theory and practice of fundraising. Training seminars will be implemented monthly, and completion of the project and summarizing the results in July 2017. The results of the work plan development and publishing portfolio, which will allow the present public organizations that participated in the project, the General public and thereby create a field for their self-development. Without a doubt, Vinnytsia public organization of young people with disabilities "Harmony" has enough experience and the technical-material base for the full implementation of all tasks in the framework of the project "Factory of ideas". Successful implementation of collective "Harmony" of a number of projects in recent years indicates the existence of cooperation between the public sector, government and business.
