On the morning of 11 may last year at the time of departure for investigation in the natural “Sickness”, near the village of Sudche, law enforcement officers found a group of people who illegally extracted amber. To fix the traces of crime and to confiscate the guns of its Commission – pumps and tools – an investigator for particularly important cases of the investigative Department of USBU in the region made the decision on drawing up the Protocol of inspection of the scene. To thwart him in this, one of the guys who mined amber began to ask, and then – to require the policeman not to draw up a report, to confiscate instruments of crime and to return them "prospectors". Realizing that the "agree" will fail the accused, with the support of some more aggressive guys started the engine of the car “Nissan” and began his movement from the scene, forcing the police officer so to stop the implementation of investigative actions. A man who sincerely repented of their deeds, accused of committing criminal offenses under part 1 of article 343 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, and soon he will appear before the court.
