About this at the meeting of the Board of the regional administration said the Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Natalia Zabolotnaya. She informed "On consideration of expert proposals in the framework of the public examination of activities of the regional state administration in the sphere of national-Patriotic education of children and youth". The official brought to the attention of those present expert suggestions received from the Public Council at the regional state administration on the results of the public examination on 13 may 2016 and on their account during the formation, the formation and activities of the coordinating Council on issues of national – Patriotic education at the regional state administration and development of the Regional program of national-Patriotic education of children and young people in 2017 – 2020. Addressing the members of the Board of the regional state administration Natalia Zabolotna said: "Despite the fact that most expert suggestions are already taken into account in the activities of the regional state administration or are in the final stages of their implementation and on the position of the representative of the initiator of public examination – propose to adopt such further measures upon review of the expert proposals for the meeting of the Board of the regional state administration: 1. To form the coordinating Council on issues of national – Patriotic education at the regional state administration till 17 Feb 2017. 2. To organize on the basis of the Center of retraining and improvement of professional skill of workers of bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government, state enterprises, institutions and organizations of Vinnytsia region training for chiefs and Directors of structural divisions of Vinnytsia regional state administration on implementation of the Order to facilitate public examination of activities of Executive authorities. 3. Implement measures of control and monitoring application in the educational process of the state language. 4. Exceeded regional budget, to send balances of budget funds to ensure full funding of the Regional target social program of national-Patriotic education of children and youth in the 2017 – 2020 approved by the decision of the 13th session of the Regional Council of the 7th convocation.
