Under this name from 31 January 2017 in the area of the workshop in the ongoing experiment of the international charity organization "Partnership for Every child, which was attended by the head of service for children of oblast state administration Dorosh Tatiana Stanislavovna, Director of Vinnytsia regional center of social services for family, children and youth Stoyanova Elena Vladimirovna, the chief of service for children and Director of the social service centres for families, children and young people of the districts and cities of regional significance region. The representatives of the international charity organization "Partnership for Every child Zinaida kyianytsia p. and Striga Larisa Ivanovna introduced with the legislative acts, the establishment of foster families (families Express devices) and new developments that are in the international practice on strengthening the protection of the rights of children in modern conditions. The purpose of the seminar is to introduce changes in the decision-making tools in relation to the protection of children's rights, based on the principles of necessity and compliance with child rights and protection.
