In the Rivne region revealed violations at the time of purchase for UAH 18 million of services to children affected by the Chernobyl disaster
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region revealed a significant violation of tendering laws in the conduct of the Management of social protection of the population of one of regional public administrations procurement for state funds services for children who are affected by the Chernobyl disaster. In particular, the agreement on the procurement of these services to schools in North district area authority contracted with a private structure during the appeal procedure of public procurement, and therefore such transaction pursuant to article 41 of the Law "On public procurement" is void. It should also be noted that accepted the authority's offer for the sum over UAH 18 million is the most expensive price offer among the bidders. To protect the interests of the state represented by the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine, the Department of social protection of the Rivne regional state administration and to prevent inefficient use of public funds, the Prosecutor's office of the Rovno area declared to court the claim about recognition of the specified contract void.
