Tacso local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against a resident of Rakhiv district, who is accused of unlawful use of a weapon and endangering the life of a law enforcement officer (part 1 of article 263, article 348 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Vydrychka. 53-year-old local resident, known by the nickname "the Monk", walked through the village with a machine gun of Kalashnikov system of 7,62 mm, which had the permit. This man already has a conviction for unlawful use of a weapon. Law enforcers have already detained him with a gun of foreign production, for which he was sentenced to 3 years probation and was on probation. The villagers called the police and the law enforcement officers arrived at the suspect's house, but that house was not. Man found on the street, he was holding a blanket. When he was approached by law enforcement, he snatched from under the blankets Kalashnikov, who was buried there, and started shooting. The result is a shot in the arm the 23-year-old operative of criminal police. Also shots had damaged the car on which there arrived militiamen.
