In 2016, a separate task of the Department of social and youth policy of the administration was to increase the efficiency of activities of territorial centers of Social servicing (social services provision), which served more than 38 thousand people. According to the results of monitoring of socio-economic development of the regions in 2015, the coverage of social services to individuals who are in difficult circumstances, territorial centres of social servicing (social services provision), in the Vinnytsia region was the lowest in Ukraine so 59.5 %. "Thanks to systematic work in the course of this year this figure increased by 22.4% and as of 01.01.217 years is 81.9%. It should be noted that the average interest rate for Ukraine as of 01.01.2016 made up of 89.9 %. In this regard, the work that has been done in the past year, will continue in that our rate was below the average for Ukraine", - said the Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Natalia Zabolotnaya. Special attention was paid to monitoring the observance of human rights in inpatient departments of territorial centres of social servicing (provision of social services). In 2016, the Department conducted audits of the activities of all such offices. The result was revealed numerous violations in the activities of the institutions, most of which until the end of the year was eliminated.
