In city maternity hospital, a major overhaul of the interblock joints of the facade of the main building, repair of Sewerage and water supply, capital repairs of the facade, insulation of the maternity hospital, the replacement of Windows with energy efficient reconstruction of a steam line business case. Maternity hospital in Chernihiv opened in 1984, has 200 beds, the number of visitors is 840 people per day. The hospital has 5 buildings. In recent years, children's polyclinic ¹ 1 introduced a few modern energy efficient technologies, namely: the replacement of the Windows in plastic in the amount -262 PCs with total area -786ì² insulation of external walls throughout the building 2301,4 m² insulation of roof area 1519ì², replaced the heating system at the modern with a greater heat transfer 901 m ² on 1 million 668 thousand UAH. This gave the opportunity to reduce the need for thermal energy by 25% . To save electricity in the institution gradually being replaced lighting fixtures with modern energy-efficient - 25 PCs. that gave the possibility to reduce power demand by 14%. In the future we plan the gradual replacement of all lighting fixtures. The institution fully equipped with metering devices that enables monitoring the consumption of energy. Children's polyclinic ¹1 on the street Pirogova,15 is open from June 2005, provides medical care to children from 0 to 18 years. Under the supervision of the clinic are 24960 children and adolescents. In the structure of the clinic, there are 4 pediatric Department, 2 specialized offices, physiotherapy Department, day hospital, Department for organization of medical aid to children in schools and clindagel laboratory. Within one working day of the clinic visit an average of 1,300 children with their parents. In children's polyclinic ¹ 2 has been replaced by the Windows and doors. At the beginning of 2017, replaced 22 units lighting and Windows in the amount of 74 pieces, 15 of the doors produced hydrochemical flushing (cleaning) of the heating system. Children's dental clinic was founded in 1979, the number of visitors is 274 people per day. In 2016 spent on energy 276,2 thousand UAH. The most energy consuming equipment located in offices, diagnostics, x-ray room, flourecent, neurology, physiotherapy and outpatient departments. For the year 2016 the total energy consumption amounted to 18.4 GW (4056 electricity thousand kWh; heat energy – 12,5 thousand Gcal , hot water -45,1 thousand cubic meters; cold water -151,1 thousand cubic meters). The total consumption of energy resources budget facilities of the city health institutions accounted for 30%. In General, the implementation of energy saving measures in 2010 aimed at 55.4 million. the budget of the city, including health care facilities – 6.4 million UAH. The implemented activities achieved a reduction in the consumption of health heat by about 20 %, electricity – by 7.3 %.
