Under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, held a workshop on the theme: "State policy in the sphere of providing administrative services. Decentralization of administrative services in Ukraine". Participation in the seminars were attended by the representative of the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine Olena, Kulka, Director, Department of international cooperation and regional development regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko, Director of the Ukrainian Association Snapv Andrey Dergunov, representatives of the administration , city councils of regional significance, and GSS. The workshop participants discussed topical issues of legislation implementation in the sphere of organization of administrative services, the creation and functioning of centers providing administrative services to RGA, CHI and GSS, their funding. According to Andrew Gyzhko: "we focus specifically on the quality of administrative services in the area. We must constantly improve the work of the centers of providing administrative services and bring them closer to citizens, making them the most affordable and transparent. In fact, we are talking about a radical change in the paradigms of power, that is, the government exists to provide services to the population. Therefore, the management system follows each time to improve. we have some of the best Snapv in Ukraine, and I want to note that these centres are constantly evolving and actively expand the range of services. For example, in the fall of 2016 at the city of tspau initiated new procedures for registration of motor transport and civil status of citizens. Still there are certain problems regarding the functioning Snapv in areas, but having a positive experience of such work in the regional center, I am confident that together we will find mechanisms to address them on a regional level". Andrey Dergunov said: "Vinnicchina included in the eight regions of Ukraine where the best Snape and takes the first place by providing administrative services. Therefore, in these 8 regions, the Association conducts active work", - said Andrey Dergunov. As noted by Andrew Gizhko: "in Vinnytsia region 23 GBS are the new entities. If we want changes in quality and ensure a high standard of living of the population of the region, it is necessary to constantly keep pace with the times." During the seminar Olena Kolko informed the participants about the amendments to legislation and state policy in the sphere of providing administrative services, the financial benefits of the decentralization process in the country.
