Wednesday, February 15, in Zhytomyr, there will be activities on the occasion of the Day of honoring combatants in the territory of other States and the 28-th anniversary of withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan. PROGRAM: 12.30 PM – procession from the Maidan, the Cathedral (Houses of justice) at St. B. Berdichev to a memorable sign "the Black Tulip" on the New Boulevard. 13.00 – memorial service near the memorial sign "the Black Tulip".
