"Vinnytsia region has about 5.3 thousand of water bodies – this is the highest number in Ukraine. Therefore, you should practice the issues of establishing clear and transparent procedures related to the use of water facilities in Vinnytsia region. I think this is a very large potential for agricultural and economic development sector of the region and for employment," - said Valery Cow. VA. Director of Department of agroindustrial development of regional state administration Valentine Kirilyuk noted that one of the priorities last year was the implementation of a number of activities on the efficient use of water objects of region. "A significant focus of the Department in the past year was the organization of leases of water bodies. Thus was created the division for the use of water bodies involved in the conclusion, renewal and termination of leases of water bodies, which are outside settlements through the Centers of administrative services. Also, the sale of lease rights to land plots of water resources through land auctions and registries of water objects", - said Valentine Kirilyuk. According to the head of the agrarian sector of the region, during February-March of last year together with the Association of farmers "Union" conducted 20 town meetings in the districts. "We permanently conduct explanatory work among users of water bodies. So, in 2016 signed 48 leases of water bodies, including 11 after the land auction, ordered 121 the passport of water objects, of which 27 were put up for auction. Registered in the State register of rights to real property 18 leases reviewed 610 cases, of which 305 - received via of tspau. Also conducted land sales in the form of an auction for 13 plots of land of water Fund". According to first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, lease of land plots in state or municipal property, is carried out on the results of the land auction, i.e. the auction. "Last year in Vinnytsia oblast worked 12 such facilities, transferred for use through the auction. It should be noted that to date, 85 of water objects of region put up for auction and, hopefully, before the end of the month of February, this procedure will be successfully held", - he informed those present Andrew Gyzhko.
