12 Feb 2017 local Prosecutor's office of Mukachevo initiated pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on signs of the crime under part 1 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine (violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the person which manages a vehicle, which led to the victim of average weight injury). As previously established, 11 Feb 2017 around 20:50 hours in Mukachevo, at the intersection of Savelovsky and Gulak Artemovsky, the car of patrol force of the brand «Toyota Prius” made arrival on the cyclist – soldier, participant of the ATO. The victim was taken to a military hospital with the diagnosis closed cherepno-a brain trauma, brain concussion, a bruised laceration of the outer eyebrows pdurbin post-traumatic hematoma on the right. The Toyota Prius and the Bicycle placed on the impound lot of Mukachevo OP GUNP in the Transcarpathian region. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from two hundred to p'atiot non-taxable minimum incomes, or correctional labor for a term up to two years, or with arrest for the term up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without such deprivation.
