In frosty January, the Lutsk side assessed a big fee for heat
For the month of January, the citizens pay the increased amount for heating. The existing tariff is UAH 30,07. The heat tariffs with VAT formed the Resolution NKREKP depending on weather conditions. That is, the tariff is laid in Serednikovo air temperature, which in our region is 1.47 degrees Celsius. However, in January the average temperature was 5,45 degrees below zero. Therefore, "Lutskteplo" had changed the rate, because the heating costs, respectively, increased. Therefore, the rate for January is 42,66 UAH per square meter, while in October, for example, the rate was UAH 18.5. It is worth noting that the current utility tariffs for Central heating for subscribers without house and apartment metering of heat energy for the needs of the population, established licensees of the National Commission, carrying out state regulation in the spheres of energy and communal services in the regions of Ukraine on VAT in luck are among the lowest in Ukraine.
