In Volyn region responsible for deadly road accident after serving in jail for 5 years
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings on violation of the rules of road safety, which resulted in the death of the victim, a 45-year resident of Kamen-Kashirsky. On the evening of 13 October 2016, the drunk man, driving a car "Mercedes Benz Vito" and turning in Kamen-Kashirskiy street Marsh on Commercial, left on a strip of oncoming traffic and has made arrival on the pedestrian. As a result dorozhno-transport incident the pedestrian died. Having recognized the driver guilty of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, Kamin-Kashyrskyi district court has appointed to it punishment in the form of 5 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for 2 years.
