In the Rivne region was 2 criminal proceedings on the fact of Commission officials Asininities training and rehabilitation Center of crimes in the sphere of service activity
On the basis of materials of investigative journalism about abuses of the officials of the KU "Asininity education and rehabilitation Center" the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region began pre-trial investigation under part 1 of article 364 UK of Ukraine (abuse of office). In particular, in media reports of non-compliance in the premises of children's institutions appropriate for the temperature, it was also stated that at the time of investigative journalism in the establishment was closed most offices and missing a significant number of workers, which indicates unfounded the calculation and payment of salaries. Organization of pre-judicial investigation in this criminal proceedings is entrusted with police. Also the Rivne regional police Department brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations information about performance of officials of the Center of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 367 of the criminal code on the fact of official negligence resulting in the deliberate understatement of temperature (to +13° C) in rooms where children – children with special needs. In addition, the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region sent to the head of the Department of education and science of the Rivne regional state administration letter demanding the adoption of urgent measures on elimination of violations of the temperature regime and prevent them in the future.
