In Volyn region entrepreneur of zabolottia punished for the illicit sale of counterfeit alcohol
ratnivs'kyi district court approved the agreement on recognition of guilt between the Prosecutor of Department of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region and papiria of the village. Zabolot'e, found the woman guilty of illegal acquisition for the purpose of sale, storage with the purpose of illegally manufactured alcoholic beverages, as well as in their sales and made her a penalty of a fine of 1,000 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (UAH 17 thousand.). In the period from September to November 2016, the swindler has illegally acquired, stored and marketed in a container on the market in zabolottya alcohol, which, according to conclusions of experts, did not meet the requirements of GOST. During the preliminary investigation, the woman admitted the guilt in Commission of the criminal offense under part 1 of article 204 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, sincerely repented and helped to solve the crime, therefore, it was concluded the agreement on recognition of guilt, which the court approved.
