In Zhytomyr region Gennady Zubko outlined anti-crisis measures to stabilize the situation in the energy sector
ensure the stable operation of the United energy system of Ukraine, to avoid imbalance between production and consumption of electricity and uninterrupted energy and heat supply to the population, as well as the maximum coordination of the work of Central and regional authorities, agencies, services and businesses of energy supply – these are the main tasks in the framework of anti-crisis measures to overcome negative consequences of the blockade of the transportation of anthracite coal. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister - Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Gennady Zubko, carrying out joint meeting of the Crisis energy headquarters and the State Commission on questions TEB and emergency situations. Participation the meeting was attended by Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Igor Gundich. Gennady Zubko said that yesterday the Government had introduced temporary emergency measures in the energy sector. "The decision on the establishment of maximum consumption of electric power in the period from 8 to 22 hours of the day. Instructions on drafting and implementing schedules to reduce energy consumption was developed and sent to regions", - said Gennady Zubko However, he stressed that the regional state administration together with the regional power must work on the following activities: * To offer industrial customers possible to transfer shifts on the night watch of the day; * Enterprises with a continuous work cycle to reduce the load from 8 to 22 hours by at least 10%; * To ensure control over the compliance with the limit consumption of energy-intensive enterprises; * Enterprises, organizations, establishments offer their own sources of supply, including alternative, in order to from 8 to 22 hours to reduce the load on the grid; In addition, NKREKP, "energy", "Ukrenergo" should consider economic sanctions to electricity transmission organizations for exceeding the limits of consumption.
