Volyn region Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings on the admission of 37-year-old resident of Lviv to the management of the vehicle of the person who was in a state of SP'intoxication and did not have the right to control the vehicle, which resulted in the death of the victim. Recognizing the owner of the car who was genuinely remorseful and had voluntarily compensated the victim material and moral damages, guilty of a criminal offense under article 287 of the Criminal code of Ukraine Volodymyr-Volyns'kyi city court has appointed to it punishment in the form of 3 years of imprisonment with establishment of 2-year probationary period.
