the Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings in the sphere of protection of forest resources. In particular, there are three facts of use of sub’objects of economic activities of fake waybills for timber products with the purpose of legalization of its origin with the aim of further illicit export to countries of the European Union. The Prosecutor's office 17.02.2017 submitted to the Unified register of pretrial investigations and initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, their sale or use (part 4 of article 358 of the criminal code of Ukraine). The sanction of specified article provides responsibility in the form of a penalty to n'fifty free minima of the income of citizens or arrest for up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to two years Conducting pre-trial investigation in the production entrusted to the investigators of the investigative Department of the SBU in the Transcarpathian region.
