February 17, in the premises of Vinnytsia national agrarian University held an enlarged meeting of the Main Department of Demirtzoglou in Vinnytsia region at the end of 2016 under the chairmanship of chief of the Department of Demirtzoglou in Vinnytsia region Gregory Sidoruk. The meeting was attended by: first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, managers and specialists of the Main Department of Demirtzoglou in Vinnytsia region, heads of departments, Demirtzoglou in the districts and cities of regional importance, the heads of departments of the state supervision over observance of sanitary legislation, accountants offices, Demirtzoglou, Director, regional and inter-state laboratories of veterinary medicine. In his report, Gregory Sidoruk said: "According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10.09.2014 ¹ 442 "On optimization of Central bodies of Executive power" in the month of April this year, created by the General Directorate of the State service on safety of foodstuffs and consumer protection in Vinnytsia region, reorganized by transformation of the State veterinary and phytosanitary service and joined the Service, was formed, the State inspection on protection of the rights of consumers and sanitary-and-epidemiological service. He also noted that now the Service is responsible for the implementation of the state policy, which carried out the bodies, which stop the activity, as well as functions for the implementation of state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements concerning the formation, establishment and application of state regulated prices, the implementation of state supervision (control) in the sphere of tourism and resorts. "The main task of Management is to protect the territory of the region from drift of causative agents of especially dangerous diseases, the prevention of penetration of regulated hazardous organisms (phytosanitary protection), carrying out the state supervision (control) over health and animal welfare, safety and individual indicators of the quality of food and inedible products of animal origin, animal feed, sanitation, prevention and reducing the use of tobacco products and their harmful impact on public health, is monitoring the reasons for and the number of consumers (users) on the protection of their right to product safety, the reasons and number of accidents and cases of harm to human health through the consumption of products, implementation of state supervision over compliance with the requirements of the formation, establishment and application of state regulated prices, the implementation of supervision in the sphere of seed production and rassadnitsa," - said Gregory Sidoruk. The meeting also heard reports on the work of the departments and divisions of the Main Department of Demirtzoglou in Vinnytsia region in 2016. Andrew Gyzhko , addressing the participants of the meeting noted that the restructuring period of service lasted more than 2 years of age : "It is a difficult process of elimination of the former authorities and the transition to the new structure , which has a slightly wider function . Demirtzoglou is a structure which deals with the entire complex of questions concerning the import and export of agricultural products, performs registration and accounting of agricultural machinery, taking care of the sanitary welfare of the population". First Deputy Chairman of regional state administration in his speech drew attention to the fact that the coming of the new agricultural season : "I Have a big request to all processes in preparation for spring and field works: registration technology and design people who will work, issuance of certificates and certificates on seeds, held in a very operational mode". Andrew Gyzhko also raised issues relating to the welfare of the residents of Vinnytsia, especially in places of mass stay of people, such as schools, kindergartens, establishments of public catering. The official said that thanks to the quality work of the office of the state supervision over observance of sanitary legislation in the past year, there have been serious outbreaks of intestinal and other infections. Separately referred to the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration the question of the elimination of ASF outbreaks in Murovani Kurylivtsi district, when promptly and worked regional state administration, Demirtzoglou and gschs: "Here we can not allow any simplification of the situation or relief in taking tough and unpopular decisions. The official noted that from the regional budget allocated 3 million UAH. at the laboratory ( the corresponding decision will be made on February 21 at the extraordinary session of the regional Council). Funds were allocated and for a quick localization of the source of the occurrence of African swine fever for the needs of SSES and Demirtzoglou. At the end of his presentation, Andrey Geico raised the issue of an irreconcilable attitude of the staff to any manifestation of corruption in the provision of services. The official urged to act as transparently as possible in making decisions.
