Chernivtsi: the e-procurement System "PROZORRO" has saved nearly 12.5 million hryvnias of means of the community
779 of Dorogova procurement by electronic auctions in system "PROZORRO" was announced last year by the spending units of municipal budget and municipal enterprises in Chernivtsi. 612 of them took place. The expected cost of these purchases in accordance with the announcement made more than 123,3 mln. In the result of electronic trading, the amount of savings amounted to almost 12.5 million UAH. Most of Dorogova procurement system "PROZORRO" held the city municipal health services (206 procurement) Department of education (140 purchases), MTK "Kalinowski market" (55 purchases), SCE "Chernivtsivodokanal" ( 44 purchases), Miskshep ( 35 purchases). The greatest amount of cost savings from conducting of Dorogova procurement system "PROZORRO" received Department of education ( 3.2 million UAH), SCE "Chernivtsivodokanal" and "Teplokommunenergo" ( almost 1.5 mn.UAH.), the departments of housing and urban complex and land relations ( 1.3 mln.). In percentage terms, the greatest savings from the announced amount of the invoice has reached the control culture (27,9%), the Department of urban complex and land relations (23,7%), SCE "Teplokommunenergo" (21,6%), MKP Gorsvet (19.7 percent), the Department of labor and social protection ( 19,2%).
