It is clear that specialists of state Ecoinspectorate physically not in force cover the entire territory of the region, the more that individual questions require detailed study. If we talk about the present environment, and thus maintaining the health of the population, it is important to get away from the formalism and focus on the result. Situation on the ground no one would know better than the locals. Communities now have the funds – and they would be able to find a resource for such an important cause," - said the head of RSA. Stepan Barna instructed the heads of regional administrations together with the state ecoinspection to work out a joint plan of action, at the same time bringing to it and the United territorial community. He stressed the urgent need to eliminate corruption schemes in the environmental issues in the region. He recalled that the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses identified about 60 articles on which there comes administrative responsibility. "But it is important that the protection of nature and environmental safety were not reduced to formal penalties. It is important for the region to identify all the problems in this industry and find the optimal ways of their effective solutions", - said Stepan Barna.
