Chernihiv: the mayor was requested to examine the activities of the Centre for work with children and youth by place of residence
At the expanded city meeting on the work of the municipal institution "Centre for work with children and youth at place of residence" of Chernihiv city Council was informed by its Director Vyacheslav Davydov. According to Vyacheslav Davydov institution consists of 21 children and teenagers in different districts of the city. All clubs are diversified, that is one of the priority directions of work of the Centre. Club activities aimed at ensuring meaningful and free their leisure time children and youth during after school hours. The total number of employees is 40 employees, 30 of them are teachers, organizers, leaders circles, social and practical psychologists. From the city budget to Finance companies is allocated 4 million UAH annually. Having heard the report of the Director of the Center, the mayor instructed the relevant Deputy to make an impartial analysis of the material-technical base of the Center, the status of all its facilities, and to explore the feasibility of their location in the city, the directions of their activities and their real children. - This is an extremely important area of work and must be done. But we need to verify whether the existence of all these groups, what they are taught, do we engage in Patriotic education, sports, technical areas of work etc., - said Vladislav Atroshenko.
