Carriers "country" routes of Chernihiv will choose this week
this week, February 24, in Chernihiv held a second competition to determine the bus operators on the routes of public transport. The competition is held for the second time due to the lack of the first one of 8 contenders for the "suburban" routes. Namely, on routes No. 9 "distillery – Dachi (Zhavynka)", No. 18 "the Children's peace Garden (Rudka)", ¹ 22 "street the defense of Ukraine – Dachi (Rivnopillya)", No. 22-a "vul. Defenders of Ukraine – Dachi (Rivnopillya)" (through Roundabout), No. 29 "ZAZ - Podravka", No. 35 "ZAZ - KSK", No. 36 "Epicenter – Dachi (Zhavynka)", No. 47 "Khimvolokno – Dachi (Yakubivka)". A new competition against them announced on 19 January 2017. Information about the announcement of the tender, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation were published in the print media (in the newspaper "Seven Days" of January 19, 2017). The conditions of competition are the same as the first time. In particular, among them, the hardware buses by means of GPS monitoring at their own expense within 2 months after the determination date by the Organizer of the competition. The deadline ended on February 10. According to Order of carrying out competition on transportation of passengers on bus routes of common use, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 3 December 2008 No. 1081, the next working day after the deadline for submission of documents, the opening of the envelopes containing mandatory information on the enterprise-applicant and buses submitted to the contest. Envelopes with information on the routes, which are claimed by the carriers, open for the competition. So, 13 February 2017, the opening of envelopes, then it is established that on 8 routes claim 3 carriers: FLP Prystupa T. M. – 2 routes; FLP Grebennik, A. V. – 1 of the route; GP "Passers OAO Chernigovavtodetal" a 5 - paths. The names of the routes, which are claimed by carriers, will be announced in the presence of tender Committee at the beginning of the contest on February 24.
