The Prosecutor's office is taking steps to return to state ownership a land plot with an area of almost 107 hectares and cost over UAH 10 million,illegally transferred to paid use Peregusna local Prosecutor in the Economic court of Transcarpathian region
Peregusna local Prosecutor in the Economic court of the Transcarpathian region submitted the claim in interests of the state represented by the National Academy of agrarian Sciences of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian DSDS NAAS of Ukraine, JSC «Ecotechnic Ukraine groups" of the annulment of the contract on performance of scientific support for the reconstruction of the garden for energy-saving technologies from 03.12.2015, according to which actually referred to the use of a land area of almost 107 hectares and cost over UAH 10 million. As explained by the head Beregovskoy the local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Zhilkin, a ground of appeal to the court was the fact that Transcarpathian state agricultural experimental station of National Academy of agrarian Sciences of Ukraine is actually conveyed, OOO «Ecotechnic Ukraine Groups” in the paid use of land in violation of the Land code of Ukraine and law of Ukraine «On lease of land”, not having signed a contract to lease the land and in the absence of the developed land management project changed the target use of land plots.
