Thanks to the efforts of the Department of the representative office of interests of citizen or state in court of Prosecutor's office of area partially implemented the decision of the economic court of Volyn region in the case of the statement of claim of the Prosecutor of the Volyn region, JSC "Lutsky rayagrosnab" (OAO "orleya"). Prosecutors sought foreclosure on the collateral for an innovative contract. In 2001 JSC "Lutsky rayagrosnab" signed a contract of property mortgage under which the secured obligations’commitments under an innovative agreement to provide credit to society "augur" in order to perform the innovation project "Implementation technology of production of modern teploizoljatsionnyh materials". For the fact that the society "augur" their liabilities’commitments under the credit agreement are not fulfilled and the bankrupt, the Prosecutor's office had to appeal to the court below, achieving a foreclosure on the collateral, to be returned to the state financial-credit institution funds. Economic court of Volyn region satisfied the claim prosecutors. After repeated appeals of PJSC "orleya", which lasted for nearly 10 years, the decision of the local court order on compulsory execution of this decision, the decision to open enforcement proceedings, valuation of the property at public auction one of about’objects of the collateral sold, and on account of the State innovative financial and credit institutions received more than 190 thousand UAH.
