22 February in Chernihiv regional branch of Association of Ukrainian cities held a workshop entitled: "Practical aspects of implementation of legislation in the sphere of public procurement. ProZorro". The event was held in the framework of the project "Development of strengthening of local self-government in Ukraine" (PULSE), which implements the Association of Ukrainian cities with the support of USAID. The workshop opened in Chernihiv city Chairman, Chairman of the Chernigov RO ASU Vladislav Atroshenko and Executive Director of the Chernihiv RO ASU Fedor Fesyun. During the event participants discussed the current state of the system of procurement of goods and services use of e-procurement system, features Dorogova procurement, preparation of tender documentation and holding of open tenders, the appeal of procurement reporting for procurement. Noted that a significant advantage ProZorro is that with this system, the local government receives the real price of goods and services, saving local budget funds.
