Chernivtsi LIGHTS reports that through the online service "Electronic office of taxpayer" every taxpayer has the ability to create tax reports in electronic form in a single package (Declaration + application) and pass it to the authorities of DFS in real-time. Using e-service "Electronic office of taxpayer" every taxpayer saves time and has the ability not only to prepare, complete and submit tax returns electronically, but also to view information about the status of settlements with the budget. Electronic office of taxpayer – is a personal computer workstation of the payer, to work where he could without the use of specially installed client application. The entrance to the updated study is available at: http://cabinet.sfs.gov.ua and also through the official web portal of DFS. From now on, the upgraded service includes two functional parts: – an open (public); – private (personal account). To use the functionality of the open part is possible without identification of the person (without the use of digital signature). Through the open part of the payer has the ability to: – use the information from the registers, which are publicly available (data on registration of taxpayers; the data of the register of VAT payers; data from the register of insurers; data from the register of single tax payers; information about PPO; information about books, RRO); – to obtain information about the deadlines for the payment of taxes, obligatory payments and reporting (tax calendar); – get contacts and addresses of existing service centers of taxpayers (TSOP); – read the latest news of the State fiscal service of Ukraine; – take advantage of other useful information. Working with electronic service in a private part by using the electronic digital signature (EDS). In the private part after the identification of the opportunity: – take advantage of individual tax calendar; – review and verify their credentials; – create a request for information; – file a registration statement of the payer of value added tax, the statement of cancellation of registration of the payer of value added tax, the statement for delivery of the inquiry on absence of debts on taxes and duties; – to send a letter to the authority of DFS; – view the status of payments to the budget; – to register tax invoices in the Unified register of tax invoices; – take advantage of services of system "Electronic VAT administration" (for VAT payers). Individuals after identification are also given the option of using the payment system to pay taxes, fees, charges (personal account – "a Condition of calculations with the budget").
