Chernigov before April 1, there will be an inventory of temporary structures, outdoor areas, garages, utility buildings, outbuildings throughout the city. The corresponding decree of Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko signed on 21 February. The document is called "About creation of the Commission on inventory". It stipulates that the Commission till 01 APR obliged to make an inventory of all of the above objects in Chernigov and verify the lawfulness of their placement. Also, this order requires the economic entities and physical persons being owners or users of objects strongly to assist the Commission in carrying out its mandate, including by providing documents of title and permitting documents. The Commission approved this document, consists of the heads of structural subdivisions of city Council and heads of municipal enterprises.
