Three medals Natalia and Ivan strebkova of the championship of Ukraine in athletics
Main start of the winter season - the championship of Ukraine on track and field athletics indoors for three days took place in the arena of Sumy state University. The main objective of these competitions, in addition to determining the winners, the opening of new names and new records, was selected for participation in the European championship which will be held March 3-5 in Belgrade (Serbia). According to the athletics Federation of the region successfully performed at the all-Ukrainian championship in Sumy Ternopil athletes Natalia and Ivan Strebkov, which represent the FSO "Dynamo" and sportsmanship (coaches Igor Stashkov, Alexander Stepanyuk). So, strebkova Natalia in the category "youth", where participants competed in age of 23 in the women's 3,000 m became the champion of Ukraine among adults and won the bronze medal. The athlete stopped the chronometer at level 9. Of 27.09, that is her personal achievement and a new record region. Ivan Strebkov won the silver medal in the women's 3,000 m with a score of 8.05,51 C, and only 0.51 per hundredth of a second separated him from fulfilling the qualifying standard for the European Championships indoors. Also noteworthy is the success of Alexander Homa (CYSS Telkoi district), with the result 2 m 10 cm was sixth in the high jump among young people and among adults eighth, and Dmitri Black (shvsm), which is 15 m 40 cm finished in seventh place in the triple jump.
