Directors of regional and basic employment centers initiated a meeting with the heads of the GSS, during which presented service employment services for employers and population; discussed ways to overcome the unemployment in rural areas, development of small entrepreneurship in rural areas, promoting the legalization of employment. Special attention was focused on the fact that in conditions of shortage of high vacancies and intense competition in the labour market one of the most effective ways to actively promote employment, especially of farmers, is the organization of public works, through which you can mitigate or prevent the consequences of unemployment, to attract those citizens who lost a job, lead an active life and more earnings while staying on the account in employment service. They talked about the importance and efficiency of employment of internally displaced persons and demobilized members of the ATO. During these meetings, the Director of the employment centers of the region informed about the modern technologies used by the employment service in its work: the introduction of the service of electronic registration of the unemployed, which is posted on the portal of the State employment service, whose main purpose - the facilitation of communication between job seekers and employment centers; introduction of a video resume those seeking work, video presentations, vacancies, videooborudovaniya with employers; creating the electronic office of the employer, which will allow to cooperate with the employment center in the distance. With the aim of raising awareness of citizens regarding the services of the employment service were also discussed on the establishment of remote points of citizens advice, conducting joint field remote pads in the territories of the United territorial communities.
