Kovel's'ka local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings on the Commission of a 25-year-old native of Dnepropetrovsk robbery. Late in the evening of November 23 last year, repeatedly convicted of theft and robbery of a young bum on the street Veterans in Kovel has attacked the passer-by, punched him in the face and when he fell to the ground and lost consciousness, he took from his pocket a mobile phone.
