Chernivtsi city Council approved the Program of development, urban utilities “Chernivcispeckomuntrans” for 2017-2018”
MKP "Chernivcispeckomuntrans" created to provide services on sanitary cleaning of the city's transportation, and disposal of solid waste, removal of liquid waste from the population, enterprises, institutions, and operation of the city landfill on the street.Cornsey, provision of services for installation and maintenance of toilets, maintenance of public toilets, collection, sorting secondary raw materials. The goal of the program is creation of conditions for the provision of high quality services, ensuring environmental safety, promotion of investment activity in the sphere of waste management, creation of conditions for modernization, upgrade and improve the technical condition of rolling stock and infrastructure utilities. The main directions of implementation of the programme are : restoration of a sufficient number of rolling stock (trucks, tanker cars, dozer, tractor, etc.), the fulfillment of all conditions of licensing for obtaining a license to provide services at the site, cleaning of leachate at the landfill by reverse osmosis, the construction of mini-filling, the formation of effective system of management of the company and others. In the context of efficient management system of the enterprise provides for the reduction of tariff for the removal and disposal of the waste to the level of economically justified; improving the efficiency of collecting payments for services; attracting additional revenue, including through the provision of additional services, the introduction of new forms of organization of production.
