The basis of commodity structure of foreign trade in goods constitute the fats and oils of animal or vegetable origin (39,3%), prepared foodstuffs (19,5%), vegetable products (17,6%). In addition, a significant share belongs to wood and wood products (7.6 percent), textile materials and products (3,0%), mineral products (2.4 percent), machinery and equipment (by 2.0%), chemical products (1.6 percent). In 2016 compared to 2015, increased exports of the following goods: vegetables – 8.1%; sugar and confectionery products – 6.1%; meat of swine – 3.9%; meat and poultry by-products – by 2.8 times; products of the milling industry – 2.1 times, vegetable oil – by 39.8%; wheat – 1.6 times, sunflower seeds – 1508 times; boilers and machinery – 1.25%; furniture – 1.15%; means of ground transport – in 3,2 times; treated timber products – 1.2%; ferrous metals – by 1.6 times.
