Started three projects that were financed from the regional development Fund,will automatically continue in 2017 – the Commission decision
2017 Ternopil oblast will receive of 115.1 million for projects funded from the State Fund of regional development. What projects will undergo a competitive selection process – determines the Regional Commission for the assessment and provision of competitive selection of investment programs and regional development projects that can be realized at the expense of DFR. However, the law admits that some projects may be "transition." According to the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna, projects, project implementation plans which account for more than one year and that starting in 2015, funded at the expense of DMR, annually included automatically (without an additional competitive selection) to the generalized list of investment programs and projects before completion of their implementation. In this basic condition is the preservation of volumes of their financing. As it became known, during the last meeting of the Regional Commission for the right to be included in the list of the projects out of competition for 2017 expect the following: • reconstruction of the hostel Chortkiv state medical College and insulation of facades and device hipped roof at Mlynarska street, 14-A (the residual value 2780,4 thousand hryvnias); • reconstruction with the completion of the former school building under a pre-school establishment for 40 places in S. Wall, Buchach district (the residual value 2921,792 thousand hryvnias); • construction of General education school of I-II degree on 180 pupils in the village Horyhliady Monastery (part of the funding identified by the applicant for 2017 – 5869,563 thousand). According to the decision of the Regional Committee, construction and repair work at these three sites will be continued in 2017. At the same time, two projects which were implemented but were not completed during 2016, for consideration and evaluation of the Regional Commission on General grounds, since the primary need for funds has increased. The projects included: • reconstruction of vul. Russian in Ternopil (the Ternopil pond dam) - the estimated cost of the project when applying for the competition in 2015 was 26697,628 thousand UAH, and in 2016, the estimated cost of the project increased by 3.4 million hryvnia; • reconstruction of General educational school of i-III degree on the street.
