In Volyn region the Deputy of the city Council convicted of administrative offenses related to corruption
the Prosecutor's office together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in the Volyn region Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine in the Commission of administrative offences, floor’connected with corruption, revealed Deputy of Lutsk city Council. Against him composed 3 of the Protocol on h 1 tbsp. 172-7, part 2 of article 172-7, 172-8 article of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. The chosen community is accused of violation of the legislation on the resolution of conflict of interest during voting at a session of the city Council, as well as illegal use in own interests the information which became known in SV'connection with execution of official authority.
