In 2016 Chernivtsi city municipal Bureau of technical inventory increased the volume of paid services (including energy audit of the buildings); developed and approved a model agreement on the conduct of the audit; improved control over the timing of orders for services that are provided; completed inventory of objects of real estate-water and sewage plants, which belong to the rights of ownership of the territorial community of Chernovtsy and located in the economic management of the municipal enterprise "Chernivtsivodokanal"; repaired internal facade of the building at vul.Anton Kochanowski,7, which is on balance of the enterprise. Source of income SMKBT is the flow of funds from the provision of paid services for the year 2016 amount to 3,0 million UAH. According to the results of financial and economic activities the company received net profit in the amount of 0.35 million UAH. In comparison with 2015 profit increased 1.6 times. The logistics and the Chernivtsi city municipal Bureau of technical inventory enables timely and efficiently provide the services according to the statutory activities of the enterprise both legal and physical persons of the city. In 2016, the company has met 9851 orders and revenue in the amount of 3021,9 thousand UAH. According to the results of financial and economic activities the company received profit in the amount of 423 thousand UAH. Net income is 347 thousand. In comparison with 2014, profit increased by 5 times. SMKBT uses tariffs for services according to cost estimates developed in accordance with the “collection of norms of time for work and services performed by the technical inventory Bureau of Ukraine”, taking into account the cost of labor hours. The cost of labor hours approved for the Bureau, the Executive Committee of the city Council on 23.09.2014, No. 467/16 and is 63,95 UAH. ( with VAT). Last year completed an inventory of 26 real estate water and sewage plants, which belong to the rights of ownership of the territorial community of Chernovtsy and located in the economic management of the municipal enterprise "Chernivtsivodokanal".
