"Given this situation, proposed the Ministry to initiate a review of the decision NKREKP taking into account the balance of interests of all participants in the electricity market and to adopt legislation for a simplified access to the power grids electricity producers from renewable energy sources" - was voiced by Vladimir Kostenko.
