Training and methodological center of psychological service of the education system in Vinnytsia region Vinnytsia together with the Academy of lifelong education in February of 2017 held a five-day training seminar for trainers to work on the program training course "Dorosli to health", which was developed with the support of the UN Population Fund. The purpose of the optional training course "Dorosli to health" is to promote among adolescents and young people healthy lifestyles and the importance of these aspects for reproductive health in the future; promote awareness of the need to preserve and enhance health as an important component of successful adult life; develop a responsible attitude and motivation for the preservation of family values, creating the foundations of responsible parenthood. Optional course teaches forming adolescent awareness of the value of life and health, responsibility for their own existence; to create an adequate perception of the physiological changes in adolescence, positive self-image based on knowledge about the peculiarities of psycho-physiological development; to promote the awareness of teenagers to the unique nature of emotions and feelings, importance of feelings in adolescence; a responsible attitude to interpersonal relationships; to create an understanding of what is reproductive health component, and what factors affect reproductive health; The contents of the optional course "Dorosli to health" is structured into seven topics. Each topic contains a certain number of classes that have their own purpose and together aimed at achieving a common goal. 23 specialists of the psychological service region trained, were trained and received the appropriate certificate and will work with a group of students 9, 10 or 11 classes, 36 hours of lessons, 18 lessons, 2 academic hours. According to the results of the December 2016 monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation by employees of psychological services this program of educational activities conducted 67 practical psychologists and social teachers from 17 districts and 4 cities of the region. Activities covered by the 1528 students. Other staff of psychological services hold educational events on this topic in the framework of the "hour of the psychologist" and "the hour of the social teacher". For reference: According to Ministry of health of Ukraine, now every sixth child is born with health problems, primarily, due to bad heredity. Often, entering into reproductive age, the parents already have a number of diseases, only in the last 5 years, the overall incidence in young women rose by 20.6 % . With the increased prevalence of diseases that can complicate pregnancy and childbirth. Reproductive health also depends on sexual activity and lifestyle of young people. Often, risky behaviour, promiscuous sex early pregnancy lead to negative consequences. Thus, according to the medical institutions, each year over 12 million registered cases of sexually transmitted diseases, about 3 million occur in women aged 14-17 years. Features of sexual activity among adolescents, decrease in age at onset of sexual relations against the backdrop of the adverse socio-economic factors, liberalization of views on sexual behavior led to its deformation, the increase in the number of certain sexually transmitted diseases, increase the number of HIV-positive drug addicts. Of course, all this is the basis of the deterioration of reproductive health of the population.
