From the state budget received 6368,4 million UAH of subventions (including the regional budget – 4301,4 million), of which educational 1449,3 million hryvnia (regional budget – 226,9 million); medical -1167 million hryvnia (regional budget – UAH 512 million); funds to modernize and upgrade the material-technical base of vocational education institutions – 0,6 million; the acquisition of funds for health facilities – 3.8 million UAH", - said the Deputy Director of Department – head of budget management of the Department fnansowe state administration Dmitry Teal. For the payment of assistance to families with children, needy families, disabled since childhood have received 1412,3 million UAH; the payment of the state social help on children-orphans and children deprived of parental care in orphanages of family type – 11,4 million hryvnias. For payment of benefits and housing subsidies to the population for energy carriers and housing and communal services, the acquisition of firm and liquid oven household fuel and liquefied gas state budget received 2121,8 million. On the formation of infrastructure of 26 the consolidated territorial communities (construction, reconstruction, major repairs of objects socially-cultural sphere and housing and communal services, purchase of equipment) from the state budget allocated a subsidy in the amount of 141.6 million, of which disbursed a cash consideration of 133,3 million. "In 2016, the region provided subvention for the implementation of activities on socio-economic development of separate territories with a volume of 62 million UAH for 274 sites. Also, from the state budget received UAH 5.8 million subsidy for the construction (purchase) of housing for the families of soldiers who participated in the antiterrorist operation, as well as for the disabled i-II groups of the number of troops involved in this operation, and in need of better housing conditions.
