3 March under the chairmanship of the Director of the Department of international cooperation and regional development of regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko, the first stage of public discussion of the draft Executive Order of the President of the regional state administration " on approval of Procedure for issue of permissions to placement of outdoor advertising outside the settlements in Vinnytsia region. To participate in the discussion were invited representatives of the legal Department of the regional state administration, road Service in Vinnytsia region, management of preventive activities of the National police in the Vinnitsa region, the Main Department of justice and derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region and entrepreneurial region. This regulatory act reglamentary procedures for granting permits for outdoor advertising and the procedure for their revocation, determine the requirements for technical condition and aesthetic appearance and order of accommodation of advertising funds, the grounds and procedure for the implementation of their dismantling, as well as the exercise of control over observance of provisions of the Order. During the meeting, they discussed two areas of difficulty: - the grounds for acquiring the right of use of the location of the advertising means; - procedure of removal of advertising means in violation of the Model rules of placement of outdoor advertising outside the settlements. After detailed discussions and taking into account legal conflicts and regulatory framework of this issue that need further study, it was decided to hold the next meeting in a week.
