Reported in comments to journalists the Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Igor Gundich 6 Mar. — "Analyzing regional program "warm" loans, we see that in 2016 they have used almost 3.5 thousand citizens and 14 condominiums Zhytomyr. We realized that we needed to go further. And I decided to go to the deputies at the next session with a proposal to give people the opportunity to use alternative types of energy source. In our case, is solar panels," commented Igor Gundich. Also the head of the region added that to ensure their own homes, people need about 120-160 thousand UAH for the purchase of solar panels or the installation of mini-power plants. Thus the inhabitants of the region to decide to use alternative energy for own needs only, by installing additional equipment, sell it on a "green tariff". "In the first place before a program we plan to involve individuals. I want to see how much people are willing to keep up with the times and decide what is best for them: the solar energy to have hot water, heating or paying for utility services at the current rates," – said the head of RSA.
