March 14 in Ternopil held a round table on discussion of the draft of the liberal Tax code of Ukraine, developed by the Association of taxpayers of Ukraine. The event was attended by the team of SBI, ANU, headed by President Grigol Katamadze, government officials, NGOs, scientists, entrepreneurs. "We're talking about creation of equal conditions for all economic sectors: agriculture, transport, metallurgy and etc. Our goal is three years of tax changes to GDP ratio more than 55% of small and medium business. We arranged a presentation all-Ukrainian tour in the format of "Round table" on regions of Ukraine to ensure that every participant in the debate had the opportunity to learn the legislative process by providing relevant comments or suggestions. We consult with business, get suggestions from him and the impulse, try to understand what he wants to do business," said President of NGO "Association of taxpayers of Ukraine" Grigol Katamadze. Separately, he highlighted key points of the project. "The taxation of micro and small business entrepreneurs everywhere care about the most. For this business category, we propose to introduce a special taxation regime. We do not cancel the simplified system, we transform it to a special taxation regime", - stated the President of ANPU. Also, the new liberal Tax code of Ukraine envisages reduction of number of taxes from 13 to 9, support of alcohol production and the creation of a single service, which deals with financial control. The document proposes to take at least six months before the end of 2017 to get it working again in 2018.
